All of them!! The Darfur lesson helped reach my goal of finding assistive technology to read text to students. The webquest session introduced me to a great webquest search site to make my planning easier. The Collaborative Internet taught me new ways to use technology in my classroom.

I was able to gain a better understanding of collaborative projects in Tim's presentation. It is easier than expected. Jusy's presentation on virtual summer school was pretty good, that would definitely allow my classroom to be more interactive online. Students would say more in a chat than they would in fromt heir desks when I ask a question.

We have begun at RCS to think about virtual summer school and with the Virtual Summer School session tonight that makes me start to think on how we as a district can start to implement this plan in the future of RCS. This virtual method demonstrates to me that the students are energized in learning using this hands on method of learning. It gives them a "gadget" to focus their attention on while learning at the same time.

The "Collaborative Internet" and the "Virtual Summer School" both moved me closer toward my goals. The "Collaborative Internet" session gave me some great ideas to increase communication with parents and other teachers. The "Virtual Summer School" session gave me some of the tools to make this possible. I'm very excited about a follow up to both.

Webquests (VIPER) was AWESOME!! It gave us VERY useful information! I now have a database to use to begin searching for webquests. Darfur was great too! I found out about readplease.com which is a free text reading download. I can see so many uses for this in my classroom! Collaborative Internet was super! I got a lot of very useful, practical ideas for projects in my classroom. I am going to try tracking weather next year...COOL!

I loved the webquest session. I found many sites that I can use in my classroom. I liked that you could choose a grade level so you know the information is appropriate for your class. I also liked all the pictures and web links.
I also love united streaming. I have used that a lot in my classroom. My kids love watching the videos. It helps my kids retain the information being taught.

I found all three of the lesson sessions I attended to be useful. However, I am most psyched about the Webquests!!! I think this is the most practical for immediate use in my classroom, thereby giving my students an immediate impact beginning in September. The website webquests.org has a plethora of webquests that I will be sifting through for ideas to either make my own, improve upon and/or use. I would like to take what I learned, do some research and start putting together a collaborative Renaissance webquest where students work in groups of 4 or 5. This webquest should also be designed to address the multiple intelligences as I am part of the Thoughtful Classroom Initiative and really want to reach all learners.

OMG - a great night! I got at least one thing from each session that will help me to make my instruction much more interactive and meaningful for my students. I can also see using what I learned to help with differentiating my instruction. Collaborative Internet- ways to connect quickly and easily with the world to enhance learning, VIPER webquest - found some awesome webquests already in existence, Darfur -adaptive technology and some cool resources. : )

The media net session helped me obtain several things I need to use for my classroom this year. The collaborative internet gave me some great ideas to try with my class this year with a friends 5th grade at another building.

The wiki session put all my ideas together finally. I was able to figure out how to put all the tech I already do in one place for my students.
